River of Goods has made some changes this past year to evolve and grow with a new business model. Despite difficult economic times, we are fortunate to have not only survived, but have prospered as well. We continue to be a leader in sourcing exciting, and innovative new products.
We are thrilled to launch our new “Heartfelt Memories” collection, with stock available for you in late April 2010. We will be updating our website, making it more informative and user friendly. With new customer service support, we will now be able to better serve you and your needs.
In the past, customers were required to purchase a minimum of $5,000 of goods to qualify for Tier 3 pricing. Moving forward, our Tier pricing structure will be eliminated to a single price; this price will be equivalent to our Tier 3 price. Minimum orders now need to be $500.
Monthly specials will be posted regularly with substantial savings, “while supplies last.”
As part of this new business model, Melissa Wallin will be taking sole ownership in servicing our catalogs, and special accounts. Moving forward, Dale Peterson, with the assistance of our new sales support Anna Hottinger, will take ownership of all our wholesale customers – and will now serve as the primary contact for any questions or concerns relating to your wholesale accounts.
